My experience I was never been charged a dime for emails, calls and even when she called me back.. I paid for the hair analysis and supplements, plus I got 20% off supplements from Endo-Met Lab Thsi is when I went through Dr Larry Wilson site, maybe you can contact and ask him how this works now, so you have no hidden charges Anatomydoll.

WIth every hair analysis I got a DVD explaining my test results, how it relates to me(it was almost always spot on)my diets and recommendations for supplements, sauna use, coffee enemmas.

Plus I'd email her once a month with an update, and when I had some real issues I'd call, and she would even call and see how I was doing.

Not sure if all are the same.
