"The good: It works, it may not solve all of your health issues (in fact it likely won't) but regardless of your issue I bet it will help atleast somewhat.

The bad: It is slow. Healing takes a long time. 6-12 months for most to really see big improvement."


COMPLETELY AGREE!! The fact that it takes so long can really make you crazy. Not to mention the fact that the first 4 months are typically really terrible (or at least they were for me).

I've started to read that it can take 2-4 years of NB before mineral levels become pretty perfect!
