Re: Nutritional Balancing, the good, the bad, and what has worked???
wow 2-4 years is a long time to wait. But as long as i see some kind of progress within 6-12 months i'm inspired. I will also be looking for further testing when i get my insurance here in November just to rule out mycoplasma and lyme and co-infections.
But dieting is a concern for me right now because i truly don't have a healthy diet. I eat sugary gluten free cookies, potato chips, gluten free waffles, cereal sometimes, i eat wings from little cesears on the weekends.
I mean i still eat my eggs, chicken, cornish, turkey, protein shakes whey, fruits (i know these are bad with NB), sometimes cottage cheese, hummus, almond milk, Hormell Deli turkey, and in the mix of all of this maybe veggies like 4 times a week or whenever possible because i'm so weak sometimes and lazy that i don't like to get creative and cook.
I hate cooking, never liked it, in fact i never cooked until i got sick haha
