You are the very first person I've talked to with as low a basal temperature as me! In fact,....you might have been lower! 96.0 was my norm for three or four years! (Only once did it dip down into the 95's! No,...no explaining that to ANYONE not having experienced it! I gave up trying! Way cool to hear what you say friend! :-)

My temp got stuck in cement it seems,...97.1-97.7 for the past three years! This past week I am 97.9-98.1.

I still have a long way to go,....but this is the first movement (improvement) in three years!

I just tested--97.7--:-( back to the drawingboard!
