How many who think they've had "die off" healed soon after?
Ever since I started posting here, I've seen a lot of people here either claim they are experiencing Candida die off, or are asking if what they are experiencing is die off.
My question is how many people on here started feeling better soon after they thought they might be experiencing Candida die off?
Seems like very few (if any) people here have reported feeling so much better soon after as if they finally got their Candida under control. Maybe I've missed all the success stories.
I'm asking because if people are thinking they are having die off, logically you'd think they are being successful in their treatment and should start feeling better soon after, but if they are not feeling any better soon afterward, it leads me to believe two things:
1. You are experiencing die off, but not correcting your diet (the probable root cause) and the Candida are just going to flourish again.
or more worrisome:
2. You think it's die off, but it's really some other reactions, but since you think it's die off, you think you're being successful which is leading you to keep doing the same treatments over and over again until you're "cured" and that might in fact be harming your health even more if you are actually going down the wrong path,
especially if you don't even have a candida problem.
I've been reading that Candida has a short lifespan (only 24 hours), so if that is true, it seems logically that it shouldn't take very long to cure a candida overgrowth and it seems like so many people here have been struggling so hard for so long trying to get what they think is candida overgrowth under control.
