Re: How many who think they've had "die off" healed soon after?
It's hard to say what is happening to me since I took that ACE 3 days ago. After everything I eat, there's some sort of reaction, mostly in the form of becoming colder, but the good news is that's getting better over time. Today and yesterday I had a tickle in the back of my throat after eating lunch (yesterday) and breakfast (today). I'm hoping that's temporary too, because doesn't that signal possible allergy? (On the other hand, yesterday's tickle was followed up in about an hour by a cold, and I'm starting to develop a cold now too) And the second day I took the supplement, 3 days ago, I started itching within minutes of eating almonds, then later drinking some almond milk I previously had no reaction to.
I do NOT need to become allergic to everything just because I made a mistake with a supplement that I only took twice, and even then, in small doses (1/5 and 2/5 the capsule).
I wouldn't call the chills and sweating I had the last 3 days related to candida die off, or my inability to sleep the second day of taking that supplement.
Can candida die off even cause allergies to temporarily show up or get worse?
On the other hand, I'd been otherwise feeling some great energy; yesterday I went for a very long walk (50 minutes) at 10pm!
