Re: My Story and journey...- Dr Lam

Hello Dear,
Your story is a sad one. It made me feel better about my AF and sleep issues, which I now view as pretty mild. However, I have been waking up at 4am every night for the past 4 years. I just started working with Dr. Lam as well so I was quite interested to read about your experience. Curious about the DHEA. When I told Dr. Lam I had been on it for a while, he said not to take it, that it is bad. I had a concern about thinning hair and he said DHEA can cause this. Now that I've given up all the supplements I was taking, I'm waking up again. Relax All sounds interesting but I wonder if that too is addictive. I was taking Kavinace and it worked wonders for sleep, anxiety, nervousness, and is "natural". Just Gaba and amino acids but also something that Dr. Lam said is addictive.
One thing I've been doing is looking at how I got to this place. For me it's been emotional stress that started early on in life. Too long a story to get into here but I was just wondering (forgive me if you have already written about this and I missed it) if you've done that kind of soul searching in regards to this condition.
I've read some negative comments about Dr. Lam's fees but I'm so happy someone is holding my hand on a weekly basis. I feel he is the best practitioner I've found and I think he can help me. This week I'm starting on the lipo glutathione and next week liver clear and Calcium D glucarate. The melatonin isn't working for me either but it's good for you so might as well. The vitamin C challenge gave me horrible palpitations and anxiety and I eventually succumbed to taking an Ativan for two nights and get some sleep!
It's nice to meet someone else who is working with Dr. Lam. I hope you feel better soon!
