Was meant to read went to bed without mental chatter.

You could be right, I got sick a year after we moved into this place. Never thought about that before.

I work in an office, and out on site sometimes..I always feel better when on site.

Yep I know you're right to move out of the cty, but work just isnt growing on trees over here at the moment, especially in the countryside,
