Also my sodium/potassium ratio is 8
sodium: 8
potassium: 1
So how do you get that potassium level up? Can't you just eat high potassium foods? I was under the impression that potassium made AF worse but maybe that is only depending on you Na/K ratio. Is that right?
My copper was: 1.1 and zinc: 16
ratio is 14.55
