Second, Douglas Graham 80/10/10 raw vegan diet author said fat block Sugar in the blood stream, so diet high in fat and Sugar and excess calorie consumption like SAD (42% carb, 16% protein(its ideal ironically) and 42% fat) cause weekness immune system, diabetes, candida, fatty liver, cancer, adrenal fatigue, PH body out of balance, high body toxicity (white tongue, sticky lips), more, more , more.

Thats why 85/10/5 Okinawa diet is UNIVERSAL solution for anyone, but second important is sodium/potassium !! And here we have a problem, cuz one need 1:1 sodium/potassium other 2:1 or 1:2, but for sure is 2:1 up to 1:2 !! And around 2,5:1 for sodium for runners, cyclists etc.
