In one word = Okinawa Rules :D

33 of 1000 live longer than 100 years in Okinawa island where here in Poland we have only 2000 people with over 100' / 40 million people overall :LOL

We need only 10-15% protein from millet/soy/grains/rice/egg(2-3/day) and from fish - 2-3 times a week.

We need 5-10% fat from half tablesoon olive oil, omega3 caps, cod liver oil caps, 2 eggs daily overall 20-50g/day.

Okinawa is not vegetarian diet !
