Can I ask why your diet is so restrictive? I think everyone here is following a strict diet I am just curious what diet plan you are following?
I use olive oil a lot, I grill, I sautee vegetables, I make tacos (without salsa usually and with corn tortillas), soup with beef broth, rice, quinoa, etc.
Seasonings really help me because this food is pretty bland, many people make their own seasonings but I use store bought.
Ex: tonight I am having grilled chicken covered in olive oil, chopped garlic, and a seasoning containing salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. With this I am having quinoa and peppers. Its bland but it will be decent. This is a tough part of the AF routine.
