Re: How do you guys make or garnish your foods?
Im linking candida to a high meat diet because the meat contributes to fatty liver. A fatty liver and fat buildup in the gallbladder stops bile. With lack of bile, candida runs wild on your food...yes your carbs and sugar. So the response you had that you are reluctant to add legumes because of the carb content worries me because that is a very strict avoidance of carbs, which completely throws out the okinawa plan, the food pyramid or any nutrition advice.
Maybe you could tell us your exact diet. The food pyramid puts breads and pastas as the largest group of foods. We all have our individual
food sensitivities and reactions to things like gluten, indeed...but If i was following that plan I wouldn't have gotten fatty liver in the first place. (tested negative for celiac)...i had a ton of red meat and butter and never cared because i was never fat..but it was causing muscle wasting and fatigue all along until finally the fungus took over. Making eating anything an awful experience.
Let us know what you're eating..I have a feeling that you might think you are minimizing some symptoms with stopping blood
Sugar spikes, but if lentils are looked at as too high in carbs, other necessities like starches and carbs are probably off limits..being very destructive for the liver and causing candida to go wild long term.
NAFLD hits 30% of the population. Ive posted a bunch of vids linking candida cures to fat cutting...the problem with people on candida plans is that they replace carbs with fat for energy. It is a horrendously destructive diet. If 30% of people with more balance to their diet have fatty liver. It is pretty obvious to me what is causing all of these awful symptoms in a group of people that have cut carbs to nothing and are forced to fill in the void with fat.
And my argument to the ones that say listen to your body, everyone is different...well. Sometimes it's better to ignore your body and what it craves. I reacted to potatoes and lentils quite a bit when i was on a high fat diet. And like the user sillylilly. one afternoon she tried things my way by having a potato and felt sick and gave up....when i was suggesting for weeks to don't take in the animal fats and then you gradually react to healthy, low fat carbs better and better. Candida for a lot of us is caused by poor food choices and in many it gets compounded with anxiety issues and low carbing propaganda.
