My diet its mainly vegetables and meat and its getting so boring its preoccupying. Maybe I can add eggs or raw milk, not sure yet. If I think about it, the main things that made a plate appealing to me are now neglected for someone with adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, possibly candida, sometimes IBS and so on. I cannot use tomatoes,potatoes or wine or milk, butter etc or even I dont know what spices to use since some are inflammatory I am afraid. I know I can use turmeric for example, but its a flavour I cannot really use properly yet.
This is an important topic to me. Im all a gourmet, but mainly in the side of the one that eats and enjoys the food lol
