Re: How do you guys make or garnish your foods?

Exchanging legumes for all of the meat gave me a great turnaround to kick candida. lentils cooked with turmeric and garlic taste great, as well as garbanzos stewed
with garlic onion and mild red peppers. Mashed redskins with baked onion and garlic tasted great and were fat free. Stevia lemonade tastes great and encourages a lot of water drinking.

In my past life when I was on a candida causing diet..every meal had a flavorful amount of fat and sugar. The perfect combination for fatty liver. Hommus loaded with tahini, red meat, chocolate, mango juice... My cure came from carbs and veggies, nothing sweet and nothing fat.

The little meat i have is white meat chicken and mollusks. In chile i have abundant mussels and fat free seafood choices..i boil mussels with crushed garlic and parsley and squeeze lemon when im serving.
