I have not yet found my best strategy for amino-acid supplements. I have now that Organic vegan Vega "Performance Protein" which has 5 g of Glutamine per scoop; Glutamine is precursor of Glutamate. I know we need it for muscle, collagen, nerves, but in the right dosis. I use 1/3 to 1/2 scoop only, and try adding a lot of fiber to the drink/mix/sauce to slow absorption and avoid neuro-toxicity, plus some good
Sugar like organic Maple or Honey, Molasse, Brown sugar. "Sugar" (glucose/fructose) is neuron-protective, as well as vit B6 and few other that Dr Blaylock speaks about in his vids. Your thoughts?
