so i started on what i planned to be a 2-3 day fast, and i made it a little over 24 hours. i fell into the worst junk food binge i have had for over (approximately) 2 years. so i think i may just have to ease into this a bit slower, and start over from scratch.
i have no clue why i hit such a large wall, but i just could not stop the intense junk food cravings after i got off the fast. i think it may have been the lack of planning with high water fruits, and not getting my body ready to be foodless.
