I disagree with that part of the article. I won't take Kefir during the first months.
Kefir has casein, lactose, and yeast. 3 top allergens for candida sufferers.

Who did say Kefir kill candida ??
I would like to see a serious study.

Kefir culture is a society of bacteria and yeast living together. How is possible Kefir kill candida ??? Are the yeast strains present in kefir what kill candida ?? Dude. Bacteria present in Kefir don't kill candida. If that were true, all the yeast strain living in Kefir culture will be death.

Have you thought about that before ??

The web is full of myths. Kefir isn't an antifungal.
