Yesterday was my last 100mg dose of iodine for a full month.

I still get short duration, random things that indicate toxic metals moving around my body and out.

However, I can definately notice change occurring.\, but I haven't noticed anything that has completely resolved, yet.

I will continue on 50mg per day for a couple months and see what happens.
