Re: 100mg minimum, I'm with Trapper -update day 12

Just want to keep updating on my progress.

I've noticed that problems I used to have come out randomly and seems very much like the iodine is pulling out toxins and I am getting random problems that come and go due to this detox.

• Problems like carpal tunnel that appears for no apparent reason and goes away right away
• Stomach bloat
• Random blurred vision and back to normal or better than normal
• acne and ingrown hairs

However, I don't get cold as easy.

That's all I can think of for now.

I will keep trying to update.
