I believe the "formula" is half your weight in ounces of water per day. If your weight is 128 pounds, then your water intake would be 64 ounces per day, or, two quarts.
However, the watercure also recommends you take in 1/4 tsp of good, mineral-rich salt (like Redmond's RealSalt) for every quart of water you drink.
All that water you're drinking is rinsing away precious minerals you need to keep within your body stores.
