Oh, forgot to mention I lost 45lbs, using a lower carb lifestyle in 2000. I have stayed at 118 to 122 until last year. Now it seems I'm out of control with weight fluctuations. I'm consistantly gaining now up to 128 even with daily strenuous exercise and watching my food intake. I did start eating limited select carbs last year when the Naturopathic Dr. tested me for food allergies and tells me I'm allegic to gluten, flax, almonds, peanuts, soy, milk, eggs(esp. the whites) alfalfa, pinapple, mustard....I could go on and on. Should I go back to a strict low carb lifestyle? In May of this year I read about the benefits of drinking enough water.(Dr. Batman..Your Not Sick Your Thirsty") So I've been drinking approx. a gallon and a half a day. I was thinking I was dehydrated from the inside out. I don't know what to do next, I need somekind of relief from this, it's taken over my and my families life!
