Thanks for your replys. I am taking the companion suppliments per my Naturopathic Dr. I have also been using "Real Salt". I am just wondering what length of time most people start to notice the Iodine is "kicking in" and their symptoms begin to ease, one week, one month, 6 weeks, 3 months? I did read something I thought was interesting on this forum. It said that those who are athletes or do very strenuous exercise should take their Iodine supplement after their work out as they may sweat out the iodine? Hm......made me think, I use a plastic sauna suit to induce sweating and sit in a dry sauna almost daily. Go figure,I've been doing that to help and it might be part of the problem!
