Are you taking all of the required co-supplements?
- - ½ tsp Natural Celtic Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Redmonds Salt or Hawaiin black salt
- - - If the Sea Salt is pure white, it is unacceptable (minerals have been stripped out )
- - 200 mcg selenium (L-selenomethionine preferred)
- - 400 mg Magnesium - Glycinate preferred
- - 2,000mg Vitamin C - Ester-C preferred
- - ATP Cofactors caplet contains both 100mg B2 & 500mg B3 non-flushing in the correct ratio. Take 1 caplet with Iodine up to 50mg, then another caplet for each 50 mg iodine,

ATP Cofactors is especially important to clear the transport pathways so Iodine can get into your cells and toxins can get out.

Also are you doing the salt flush (not the same as the 1/2 tsp of salt each day) and pulse dosing? Pulse dosing is a very good method to help your kidneys dispose of your toxins. You might also consider reducing your dose to 1/2 of an iodoral to help your body reduce the load of toxin release. We always start our members with less than 1/2 mg Lugols and slowly titrate up to 1 iodoral over a period of months to greatly reduce detox symptoms. It is surprising how serious detox symptoms can show up on only 1mg of iodine!

This tells me that you may be be Hypothyroid. Taking iodoral can cure hypothyroid over a period of time, but not always. You might need natural thyroid hormone for a while until your thyroid can recover. See this link for more:
