Thank you for your replies. Actually, the reason that I ask this is that I found that I become nauseous and dizzy after eating more fat. Now my fat sources include olive oil, coconut oil and eggs. I eat meat sometimes, but seldom eat butter (cannot find unpasteurized butter). I guess the problem is that I used too much olive oil and/or I increased my fat intake too quickly (sometimes I eat more than 150g fat in a day).
