Re: update/feeling awful , keeps getting worse

Just wanted to chime in and want you to know i got my mag and boron yesterday, reading threw the files as Trapper said i am trying to educate my self, the past 3 days have just got worse and worse as far as what seems to be detox/bromide i think for sure, hexing seems to be what i relate to, I was thinking of not taking iodoral today, i am taking 12.5 this past week and i will say it is the worst week of feeling so sick, I have a window from about 1 to 3 that i can function and try to get some meals together, I am so sick it is so scary, i have no skin break outs, totally discomfort in body, very aware of throat , lots of saliva, I just want to stay in bed, I sleep well and that is the only thing i enjoy, I am looking at upping the iodoral monday with guidance threw Trapper, trying to clear out my week as if it is any worse than this week i will be not able to do much at all, i go threw the thread to try to find some one talk about detox on the level i have , not many, My diet and food choices have been very clean for many years, as sodas junk food and breads are not a option for me, my biggest issue really is smoking , and i know i know but it seems i am very aware of my lungs in this process, I am only 5 feet and have ballooned up to 240, at 65 i came across all this as it fit my profile of thyroid and such, I at this time starting this have never felt so ill and it is so frighting, so this is where i am right now and so wish i could hear from people that have gone threw this in the degree i am right now as i have to fight the thoughts of i am killing myself here, need to get this stuff out into words,,,thanks Linda
