hey ted, we dont really put any stock in tests on this forum. we assume that almost everyone, especially in america, have been getting less than the ridiculous FDA minimum and an abundance of the other halogens which get rid of or otherwise circumvent the little bit of Iodine they do get. and even if that isnt the case, with idoine, more is definitely better. it makes everything work better.

in some cases, better is not always pleasant. if the immune system is working better and there is chronic systemic underlying imbalance, dysfunction and disease, then its going to make that person feel worse. in some cases much worse. this is a litmus test if you will for determining how dire the need for Iodine is. the more unpleasant the reaction, the more Iodine is needed.

the only way to find out any of these things is to start taking iodine. the best way to minimize the chance of experiencing these unpleasant reactions is to take a minimum of 100mg of Lugols from the first dose.

this womans experience is a perfect example of that. she can struggle along for a couple more months until she moves through all that or decide to follow my recommendations(which people report back with surprise that it works) or she might even convince herself its not worth it or that she is actually doing harm to herself. thats her choice.

tests are sales tools for doctors to sell drugs and treatments and equipment and operations. you already know that. there is another iodine support forum specifically for those who want to discuss tests and kelp and low doses and how crazy we are on this forum. trust me, ted. we are crazy. crazy like a fox.
