In the Flescha's 2 hour audio he talks about Dr. Grove of Asheville, NC, and Dr. Grove's tonic(bromide based) that was used to fatten up children. I looked for that image then, but never found it. I found my notes from listening to that audio 3 + years ago, was inspired to search for the image again and here it is! :)
