This particular part of the "evil plan" is to calcify the pineal gland and shut down Mankind's higher faculties of perception. Because clearly anyone who has direct access to internal knowledge no longer can be controlled from the outside.

You need to go all the way down the rabbit hole to see the whole plan. I am sure there are plenty of puppets who really DO support fluoridation and really DON"T believe the research about iodine- these intermediaries should not be mistaken for the instigators. They are just ignorantly playing their role and may not have any agenda other than following orders.

The question is who are "they", really, and why would "they" want to control us?
