Good post James. It is exceedingly difficult to correct dysbiosis. I like to think of it as akin to having a lawn full of weeds. Whenever you try to kill the weeds with weedicide you end up killing lawn. If you try feeding the lawn you end up feeding the weeds. Once the weeds are firmly established it is very difficult to eradicate them. We just don't have selective Antibiotics which only kill bad bacteria.
