Well this is what I've heard

People here things all the time that are scams.  Why do you think so many people have lost their life savings in investment scams.  Just because someone can tell a great story this does not make it true.

And I have explained ways that ingestion of oil can make one feel better.  This does not mean they passed real gallstones.

So what is wrong with this title?  Well, for starters the liver does not contain gallstones.  Gallstones are produced in the gallbladder, thus their name.  The liver can produce liver stones, thus their name as well, but they are EXTREMELY rare.  Liver stones are almost exclusively seen in Asian countries where they are caused by a parasite:
 
 
The fact that the author does not know the difference between the gallbladder and the liver and gallstones vs. liver stones says volumes.

 

So I checked to see who the author was and low and behold it was Andreas Moritz, who has been discredited other times for making up other claims as well:
