Stick to healthy things


I don't know enough about what you have been doing to have a definite opinion on it.

If you have been having a very restrictive diet, you may have nutritional deficiencies.

When including other things, I suggest, just include healthy things. Don't start including unhealthy things. That is, have a wider range of food, but just the healthy things.
