Of course it won't work if you use table honey, that surely was heated, filtered, pasteurized, adulterated and the bees were feed with Sugar and crap like that. You need to get raw, real honey, not "pure" or table honey, and the manuka honey also needs to be real, most manuka honeys in the market are adulterated to raise the UMF. Manuka honey can't naturally have an UMF higher than 20+, but you can even find 50+ in the market. I bet you chosen the wrong materials for your experiment, you need to be better informed. Tweet
