Re: raw honey is antifungal & does not feed candida! n/m
This is correct. Honey only loses it's antifungal properties after being heated. So, if a person heats raw honey in a microwave or puts in a hot cup of coffee or tea, they have defeated the purpose and turned it into sucrose.
Raw honey needs to be kept at temperatures below 118 Fahrenheit. The human body is 98.6 degrees (which is well below 118 degrees). So, contrary to popular belief honey does not lose it's antibacterial, antifungal properties when swallowed.
RAW Honey is a great way to starve candida while still enjoying something sweet and healthy. Make sure that what you're using is RAW honey (unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurized).
I'm not saying that honey will cure HIV or fix your broken arm. What I am saying is that honey will help kill candida, assuming that you've quit eating starch (grain, flour) and sucrose.
If you're still eating bread, cereal, potatoes or other starch and drinking juice, dairy or soda, then you're NEVER going to be cured.
