You don't know what you are speaking about. I know what the **** raw honey is. I guarantee you i have more anecdotal experience just myself alone if you want to pull that logic. I'm not discounting anyone's experience. If someone eats dirt and gets better, then fine it worked for them. You INFER many things. Never did i say wikipedia is to be trusted over personal experience. I used that link as an example to show chemical structure of honey, is infact sugar. What your body does with it or how it reacts is up to you to judge but if it smells like sugar, looks like Sugar (chemically), and we know that if you candida Sugar it grows, then it is sugar. I have tried honey and yes raw organic honey that you speak of and guess what? Same reaction as sugar. So if you so choose to be inclined to believe that honey as certain vitamins and enzymes that negate its physical properties of being a fructose sugar, then that's up to you. I speak from my experience and the evidence I have that supports it. Articles that state honey is a Sugar is a lie? Wow. Take some basic Science courses. I won't refute the fact that its possible something IN the honey or other properties of it help blood sugar or candida or what have you but you're just being outright ignant now.
