I have found a cereal called Smart Bran to work wonders to help with regularity. This is available at Whole Foods and had lots of bran and Psyllium. I mix it with other high fiber cereal. Also a stool softner like colace daily helps. Need to give lots of fruits and vegies. Cherries and or raspberries daily really help, no bananas! We leave a wooden chopstick in our bathroom where our toilet cleaning brush is kept and use this to chop up large bms. Much easier than having to use a plunger and my granddaughter can do it herself. I replace the chopstick every few months.
