Have you considered heavy metal toxicity (from mercury, lead, arsenic, etc.)as a possible cause of your trouble? You have commonly described symptoms.

If you have or have had silver fillings, that would be a dead giveaway for mercury toxicity, but there are other metals and other possible sources.
