Re: bed
I understand your points, but Dr Grahams/Klein's theory is vastly different from the "standard" theories on candida...and their success rate is much higher than the anti-candida diet.
How do we know he has had such success? Because he claims to have had these successes? Personally I seriously doubt his claims of success based on his lack of knowledge on basic physiology as I pointed out in this post:

It makes sense to eat fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds. THATS the diet we were made to eat----not grains, meats, eggs, and fish.
Not true. Humans are omnivores, not vegetarians:

Fruits and veggies contain all the necessary elements essential for life.
OK, where is the true B12 in a plant based diet?
Add in some nuts, seeds, avocados, coconuts and it's very healthy. Low fat is the way to go---not high fat like these other diets promote.

The dangers of these extreme diets often do not show up for many years. But if you still want to believe in these diets and go that way then go for it. I have already told you my feelings about these extreme diets several times and gave my warnings. You seem to want to argue the same debunked points over and over and I don't have time to address the same points over and over.
