I understand your points, but Dr Grahams/Klein's theory is vastly different from the "standard" theories on candida...and their success rate is much higher than the anti-candida diet. It makes sense to eat fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds. THATS the diet we were made to eat----not grains, meats, eggs, and fish.
Fruits and veggies contain all the necessary elements essential for life. Add in some nuts, seeds, avocados, coconuts and it's very healthy. Low fat is the way to go---not high fat like these other diets promote.
