The link does not say much about the diet other than it is raw. So how does their diet address the mycobacterium that triggers ulcerative colitis and Crohn's?
This link is merely saying the same exact things as the other link you already posted and that was debunked in my last post on the subject.
Sounds like the natural, healthy way to eat. Fruits, veggies, and a small amount of nuts/seeds is the simpliest, healthiest way to eat.
If that is what you want to do then go for it. But again keep in mind that this will not provide B12 and you still have to deal with things such as the goitrogens and enzyme inhibitors of raw foods.
