Diet - prevents me from getting worse
Biofilm - becausw I do have an overgrowth I am quite sure. Sometimes the results don't appear for a while. For example, a friend of mine did bowel cleansing (psyllium), parasite herbs etc for months with no results. Then a 7 day fast and expulsion of some sort of debris from his colon was the turning point.
