If I were you, I will do all the things at the same time. Why ?? Because if you take some chelators without an anticandida program, candida will be out control. On the other hand, if you treat candida but you are immune suppressed with heavy metals, candida never will be eradicated. Cutler's program is the best I have found, so I will follow it. Don't worry too much about the anti-candida supplements, any of them is silver bullet !. About Cipro, if there isn't another antibiotic, you will have to take it but do something smart watching for side effects to stop the treatment. Don't take it for more than 10 days.
