1.) Here's the low sulphur diet sheet. Remember that there are certain foods on the low sulphur diet the you will have to work around because of candida issues.

2.) The key supplements that Cutler recommends are as follows:
B-50 or B-100 tabs
Vit C in abscorbic acid (powder)Start with 1 -4 grams, and see how your bowels react. Vit C should be taken with each meal and one before bed.
Vit E 1,200 I.U. (natural form of Vit E)once daily
Magnesium in absorbable form like citrate, malate, aspartate or amino acid 200mg or upto 750mg in divided doses throughout the day
Zinc 50-100mg
Milk Thistle 750mg with each meal
Fish Oil (make certain that you find a good quality fish oil without any mercury ) Vit A should be included in the fish oil at a high level.
Molybdenum 500mg once daily
