By the way I never recommended his products just his books for anyone else reading this. I did used to buy them but find the herbs a little overpriced. The clay is a pretty good deal but I buy sonne's #7 liquid Bentonite at my local health food store, and my psyllium husk I buy at wal-mart under the name of "konsyl" which is the only pure psyllium they sell, the rest like metamucil have Sugar in them. The intestinal herbs I buy online from bh (barefoot herbalist) or sometimes from dr. shulze online store. I only take 2 tablespoons of clay and 2 teaspoons of psyllium in the morning, and 2 herb caps at night. At this low level of cleansing and with a veggie diet and recently a teaspoon of colosan in the afternoon, it has take over a year to really start removing the plaque and deep cleansing. I would estimate I have removed over 30 feet of mucoid plaque in the last 6 months and its still coming out at about 1 foot a week, on the average. Tweet
