I feel lighter and happier than I have in years. I almost cant even eat the foods

I used to not be able to do without. I try now to only eat heavy at lunchtime and am reading Andreas Moritz book right now.

The real root cause I think was the mucoid coated intestine. I think this last foot long section that came out after Liver Flush uncovered a lymph drainage passage in my intestine and thats why the ear cyst popped with a little help from my thumb and forefinger. Its nasty but its reality. Its gone now. The funny thing was that cyst was in the spot in my ear that directly correlates to the liver via accupuncture charts sooooooooooo the saga continues and I can honestly say that my first awful bout with shingles and the gall bladder attack a few months later were only symptoms of my "disease of the fork (and the beer bottle)" Its funny, I remember when that cyst formed I was living with a heavy smoker and smoking marlboros and working in a small very smoky casino so I think I can thank marlboro for those toxins.
