This may sound strange but raw potato is great for skin inflamation/rashes.Grate a potato,skin too,into a bowl and then blend in a blender to a paste.Apply this to skin for 15 mins and rinse.
If you can,add some lemon juice and manuka honey(or other raw honey) for added benifit.Potato skin is crammed with vitamin c and potatoe juice has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
Probiotic natural yoghurt can also be added to thicken it all up if needed and is also great for inflamation.
