Egg yolks are high in arachidonic acid which contributes to inflammation. Found this by Dr. Sears on a quick google search:
"there are some fats you want to restrict in your diet. These are saturated fats, trans fats and (AA) arachidonic acid. I consider these to be really "bad" fats. Arachidonic acids are found primarily in fatty red meats, egg yolks and organ meats. This particular polyunsaturaed fat may be the most dangerous fat know when consumed in excess and is known as an Omega 6 fat. In fact, you can inject virtually every type of fat (even saturated fat and cholesterol) into rabbits and nothing happens. However, if you inject (AA) arachidonic acid into the same rabbits they are dead within three minutes. The human body needs "some" arachidonic acid, but too much can be toxic."

Did you put the Dio rainbow in the dark link to your post? Probably one of the best heavy metal songs of all time. Didnt ronnie dio pass away recently?
Egg whites/yolks are also high in sulfur which can cause a strong detox reaction. A lot of people think that they are allergic to eggs when they might be having a sensitivity to the sulfur in eggs. I cant do too many eggs they dont agree with me. I have trouble doing too much of any food high in sulfur. No eggstraordinary benefits.
Cargo you would be in Bee wilder's doghouse if you did not recommend eggs :) Getting rid of a lot of candida depends on how miserable you want to be in 10 days and if you can take off work to bear the misery. Few things:high doses of vitamin c, tons of coconut oil, high doses of sf722, diflucan etcc.. I wouldn't want to do this without betonite clay or diamataceous earth to mop up the toxins or your going to be miserable. Doing too much at once is going to cause a lot of inflammation/toxins.
Olive oil is a better choice than hemp oil for candida. Psyllium can cause a lot of bloating. Diet shold be free of sugar or simple carbs. Diflucan may not work in the long run. I would rather do other anti-fungals than diflucan. Diflucan can cause bad side effects.
I tried manuka honey --agreed with me at first and then candida adapted to it and seemed to start utilizing it. I think all honey has fructose in it which can be a harder to digest sugar. So for most people that have fructose malabsorption it is not going to work in the long run. Your right everyone can be slighlty different with what works for them.
Helmax-did truvia lower your blood sugar too much? Ive heard that erythritol can do that?
