Re: Cholesterol stones
"Nope. You see we people living in modern times have access to things such as ultrasound that can image real Gallstones in the gallbladder. Some day you may want to start researching something known as "technology"!"
So an ultrasound gives a thorough examination? Can an ultrasound test the actual contents of the gall bladder?
NO!
It can differentiate between liquid bile and solids such as sludge and stones. What else do you expect in the gallbladder that the ultrasound may mistake for a solid?
"Again they are calcified bilirubin. Bilirubin is a breakdown product of heme from red blood cells."

And what is your point? So you even know what hemolytic anemia is and its causes?
X-Rays. Standard x-rays of the abdomen may detect calcified gallstones and gas. Variations include oral cholecystography or cholangiography.
* In oral cholecystography, the patient takes a tablet containing a dye the night before the test. The dye fills the gallbladder, and x-ray images are taken the next day. The test has largely been replaced by ultrasound; however, it may be useful in some cases for determining the structural and functional status of the gallbladder, often before nonsurgical procedures.
* In cholangiography, a dye is injected into the bile duct and x-rays are used to view the duct. It is typically used during operations to provide a clear image of the biliary tract.

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy also is increasingly being used for the detection and removal of common bile duct stones. This is an approach through the abdomen, but it uses small incisions instead of one large incision. It is used in combination with ultrasound or a cholangiogram (an imaging technique in which a dye is injected into the bile duct and moving x-rays are used to view any stones).
Again I do not understand your point to your links. Your one link said the test had been largely replaced by ultrasound. There is a reason for that. So why are you posting about something generally less accurate?
Your second link is about surgical removal of bile duct stones, which is required if someone does something stupid like does a "liver flush" when real stones are present and ends up lodging one in the bile ducts. Well at least you gave them an example of what they will need in such a case since lodging of a real stone in the bile ducts is a very serious problem.
"ROTFLMAO!!! I have yet to see the LF supporters provide even one shred of proof that they are flushing out real gallstones. Why is that? Because they are not passing real gallstones and thus have no real evidence to provide? That would sure explain why they have not even tried to provide any real evidence."
Likewise my friend LIKEWISE! F.E.A.R.
False Evidence Appearing Real.
Oh, so your ignoring all of the overwhelming evidence I have presented including from medical journals is F.E.A.R. just because you you are incapable of understanding what the evidence states. Let me explain another simple concept to you. A lack of comprehension is not the same as lack of evidence. If you would like me to explain the evidence for you in 2nd grade terms so you can understand it I will see what I can do you for you.
"I guess you need another anatomy lesson. The vagus nerve has multiple branches. For example, stimulating parts of the vagus nerve can slow the heart rate. This does not mean that all vagus nerve stimulation will slow the heart, just like all vagus nerve stimulation will not cleanse the liver."
^Superior Knowledge fallacy.^
Lemon cleanses the liver.
Let's see the evidence of this. Not from a sales site or some opinion site. Some real evidence. Furthermore, are you talking about the juice or the peel?
Properties and Effects of Lemon on the Liver *
Lemons are known to be natural antiseptics, digestive aids and are full of vitamin C. Lemon, mixed with water is a very alkaline substance, and restores the body's PH balance. Lemons contain high amounts of vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant inside the body. The liver filters toxins from the blood; after the toxins are filtered out of the bloodstream, they turn into free radicals. Free radicals present a harmful effect on the liver; the vitamin C from a lemon and water mixture counteracts the effects from free radicals. Lemons aid in digestion by ensuring that all food gets digested; sometimes food particles find their way into the bloodstream and then to the liver. This puts a heavy strain on the liver causing the liver to need detoxing. The digestive aid of lemon juice prevents food from entering the bloodstream. Lemon juice cleans the liver by aiding in the removal of toxins that can build up in the liver."
No source was given, and it appears to be from a sales site. Where is the REAL evidence to back your claim. Anyone can make any claim on a website, but this does not make it true nor evidence of anything. Look at Hulda Clark for example who made all sorts of wild and unproven claims. Just because she printed these falsehoods did that magically make it true? Of course not. Just like your unreferenced paragraph above. So again, where is the real proof backing your claim or are you just one of those people who believes anything that fits their needs? If the later I will forward my letter to you from the Nigerian Lottery and you can keep my winnings.
