Re: Cholesterol stones

"For example, Spud's having her gallbladder examined first to prove she had no stones then doing the flush and producing the same squishy blobs."

SO they cut open Spud and examined her gall bladder?

Nope.  You see we people living in modern times have access to things such as ultrasound that can image real gallstones in the gallbladder.  Some day you may want to start researching something known as "technology"!

"Or the people who have mixed dye in the olive oil then did the flush."

The soft cholesterol stone are porous, that means they absorb dye. That is how pigment stones are most likely formed.

You completely missed the fact that I pointed out that the dye NEVER reaches the liver or gallbladder.  It stays in the intestines where is gets incorporated in to the soap stones.  Same reason that consuming a lot of dye can color the stools.

As for pigment stones, no that is not how they are formed.  Nor is the "pigment" of these stones a dye.  Again learn some real human anatomy and physiology.  Tell you what, I will even help you get started by pointing out the difference in gallstones.  Cholesterol stones get their name because they are composed primarily of cholesterol, and become calcified with age.  Pigment stones on the other hand are composed of calcified bilirubin, not cholesterol.  So no, they are not formed the same way as the each other, nor the soap stones formed by the so-called "liver flushes".

"being that the dye DOES NOT go in to the liver nor the gallbladder this is DEFINITIVE PROOF that these so-called stones were produced in the intestines primarily by the ingredients of the flush. "

How then are pigment stones formed?

Again they are calcified bilirubin.  Bilirubin is a breakdown product of heme from red blood cells.

"And the overwhelming evidence was not only supplied to you, but also ignored by you since it proved you completely wrong. But you are entitled to your opinion as well. But when you are going to deliberately mislead people with claims that have been proven wrong over and over you are going to get called on it."

Likewise my friend LIKEWISE!

ROTFLMAO!!!  I have yet to see the LF supporters provide even one shred of proof that they are flushing out real gallstones.  Why is that?  Because they are not passing real gallstones and thus have no real evidence to provide?  That would sure explain why they have not even tried to provide any real evidence.

"Stimulation of the vagus nerve by bitters does something that the so-called "liver flushes" cannot do, which is to actually cleanse the liver."

The liver flushes utilize Oil in conjunction with Lemons or grapefruit which.....
drum roll please! ..................................................................................................................................................Stimulate the vagus nerve!

I guess you need another anatomy lesson.  The vagus nerve has multiple branches.  For example, stimulating parts of the vagus nerve can slow the heart rate.  This does not mean that all vagus nerve stimulation will slow the heart, just like all vagus nerve stimulation will not cleanse the liver.

Drinking a lot of olive oil though will contract the gallbladder though through the actions of cholecystokinin and acetylcholine.  But cholecystokinin is released from the intestines, not the liver nor the gallbladder. So the stimulation of the vagus nerve in this case is affecting the intestines, not the gallbladder.  So where is your evidence that the oil is actually stimulating the liver or gallbladder directly through the vagus nerve?
