I would like to ask some advice on magnesium supplements.
I have bought Magnesium bisglycenate. Is it a good one?
I'm taking 2 times a pill(500 mg) a day. 1000 mg in total. But i do not experience any diareah as many mention.
I also bought some Magnesium oxide (5 times cheaper). But i heard this is really bad stuff. Is that correct? Can i try it?
Which magnesium supplement would be the best on the market, with best results?
